If the event is cancelled or rescheduled: Full refund provided.
14+ days before the event: 50% refund may be issued depending on seat availability.
Less than 14 days: No refund guaranteed, but we’ll consider requests case-by-case.

Partial attendance (late arrival / early departure)
Personal scheduling conflicts or travel issues (except in exceptional circumstances)
Transfer Option:
You may transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before the event. Just contact us directly.
Not satisfied after attending the workshop:
Full refund available. Simply email us within 7 days of the event and we’ll process it, no questions asked.
